Each of the Villas have private parking and the complete villa offers a private driveway. There is an area of the house that is prepared for laundry area for the use of the three villas. Also outdoor showers are available.

You could rent an individual villa for a minimum stay of three nights or the complete house for a whole family (up to 20pp). The prices changes based on three nights stay, weekly stays or monthly stays. As part of Club Seabourne, Oceania guests could enjoy the use of the hotel pool and the kayaks for Fulladoza Bay, following the same reservations process as the hotel guests.

The Villa is an nonsmoking property, and the hotel deliver the house with the housekeeping already done, with courtesy amenities for the arrival, bath towels, beach towels, and the advantage that the guest could order in advance some special things like: a box of beverage, beer, water, wine or champagne, among other products.
