In case your date is not available at the hotel or with the airline, we will contact you for other date options. For the airline reservation, we need the following information: the passenger's complete name, date of birth, weight, credit card address, and credit card data. Flights options are available from Isla Grande-Culebra-Isla Grande (San Juan area) or Ceiba- CulebraCeiba (east area). Two charges will appear on your credit card, one for the hotel room nights + 9% Room Tax, and the other, for VAL round trip tickets.

Rental Rules:
Prices are per night. A 9% of Room Tax applies per night. Subject to availability. Minimum stay of three nights. A contract is required to be signed. For reservations, a 50% of deposit is required at booking time, 50% remaining balance should be paid 15 days prior to check-in. A Credit Card (VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD) will be required at the check-in moment. No checks accepted. A security deposit of $300 and a cleaning fee of $125 are required. Fees vary depending on the Villa or the house that you selected. The security deposit will be reimbursed no later than 2 weeks after departure. Maximum of people permitted per villa: Oceania 1 - 8 pp, Oceania 2 - 8 pp, Oceania 3 - 4 pp. Not valid with other offers. You must check-in with the Property Manager upon arrival to receive your keys and orientation.
