Access thru water with our private dock & moorings
Just 1 kilometer from Oceania Villas, you find the new 110’ dock constructed with a molded grating fiberglass mesh and the moorings, located just in front of our sister company Club Seabourne.
Conscious of the environmental conservation, our new dock helps Thalassia grass to continue growing. This dock is ideal for boats up to 35’ long, and dinghies. For boats over 35’, we have four new moorings at Fulladoza Bay.
Moorings and/or dock facilities must be requested in advance, and approved by hotel management.
Rules:
- Please be advised that dock and moorings use are permitted for guest staying at Club Seabourne, Oceania Villas, and/or boat owners that reserve the space through the hotel, in advance.
- Based on availability, your boat will be assigned to an specific area of the dock or any of the moorings.
- At the moment of reservation, the guest must inform the boat registration record number with the length of the boat.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while the boat is at the dock facilities or moorings.
- To all dock and mooring reservations and or cancellations, applies the same policy as for the hotel rooms.
- Not allowed at the dock area, or in your boat at our dock, or in the moorings:
- exchange or transfer of oil, gasoline, or diesel
- power plants use
- overnight stay on the boat at the dock
- BBQ use
Prices:
Moorings
- $30 per night, any size of boat
- Please call the hotel to the 1-787-742-3169, to inform your arrival to the mooring and to reconfirm departure date
Dock
- No charge for guests staying at Club Seabourne or Oceania Villas
- $2 dollars per foot/ per night, for docking facilities with no water or electricity
